I don't even know where to begin with finding the right lawyer. I don't know anything about law. I am one little man with one huge obligation. Maybe someone reading this could just get a lawyer to call Scott Properties and ask them why they would let this go on like this. They will tell you I'm crazy But They won't prove it. Call and become the foundation of U.S. PASSION
 
And yes, I have given this information to the FBI, LAPD, U.S. Marshals and more. Crazy! I know. All I have is my word. No solid evidence. So they have no probable cause in order to search the unit. Well, read everything on this site and think for yourselves. There is definitely enough information to use common sense and we have very probable cause. With your support we can persuade these authorities to open there minds and give it a shot. It won't take all that much time and energy to get this done.

  This ridiculous raffle idea  is only to make a point but could be a sure to prove that they will not and can not sell this property because of what is inside.
One million people at Two dollars and fifty cents a piece or Five hundred thousand people at Five bucks a piece... whatever! We can prove this to be real and present, very easily. We the people can raise and offer Scott Properties any amount of money, at least $2,500,000.00 which is $1,000,000.00 over the market value, and they can not sell 11101 Palms Blvd. because there really are paralyzed victims in there and they can not be moved.
And whatever with this stupid (or very smart) raffle idea. I know you're confused. This is painful. I know I'm humiliating myself with this shit but I don't have a fuckin choice. It has to be this way. It will be over soon. Funny thing is... It's only gonna take seven seconds. The seven years?... well, that's my fault.    So Anyway,,, 
If one person wanted to know if there is even one victim in the unit. Fuckin go tell the tenants you'll give them a thousand bucks (or whatever!) to prove that it's clean in there. They can't. They won't let you in for any amount of money. No matter what. You'll see. I know it's scary shit but it's real and that's that.
 
 

In case your not getting what I'm saying and why, and you should be interested, is... I'm out to prove that a terrible thing is happening by proving that the owners of small apartment building will not, because they can not, sell it, because of this horrible truth.
I don't mean to sound totally ridiculous here but, Even a billion dollars. If one billion of us were interested enough in not being totally ridiculous and interested enough to put one dollar towards finding out. Just so we can offer one billion dollars for one cheesy little worthless building. And see that the owners would turn it down. Would that not be enough to arouse some suspicion? My god, I know I'm not the brightest person in the world but is anybody getting this? It's not about whether the place is up for sale or not (and it's not, of course not) but who wouldn't take a billion dollars for nothing? and who could possibly not be interested in finding out who would turn down that kind of money? and why? If people are reading this and not saying, WOE!!! I wanna know!!! Then I must be on some strange planet, alone in some dream. I'm not the crazy one.
  
I don't mean to sound rude but, I wouldn't be suprised if this 'Jim Duane" guy has a heart attack when people start taking interest in this. Followed by the tenents of that unit. Ya'll better wake up and smell the victims cause this shit's for real! 
 
The tenants in unit 201 keep the place very quiet. You've heard the expression "not everything is what it seems" which is what I was told by many people seven years ago when I was freaking out. Well now i'm using that expression on you. The unit seems to be very peaceful from the outside. IT'S NOT WHAT IT SEEMS!!! It's in a bathroom, an attic/storage space and behind false walls. This will be proven. If you don't want to believe me, that's fine but for all of you who are reading this, You must realize that anything can happen at anytime.
 
Now this here is just for example. Ponder on this... If an earthquake hits Los angeles, and you know one will, and the walls of this apartment building just happen to collapse just enough to let curious neibors in and there just so happens to be a victim in there. Now that's just for expamle of 'anything could happen'. "What if"? Just imagine how some of you would feel if you had heard about it before and didn't care to participate in helping to know for shure. If you are saying things like "yeah right dude, whatever'. or "If there is an earthquake at that level, we would have our own issues to worry about" (which would be true but still). This does tell where your moral fiber stands right now and could greatly effect where your head would be at during the suffering of a natural disaster. Now of course, who the hell am I to say anything about your moral fiber? I'm no one. Just a little dude with this very strange obligation. But in the event that something surfaces the reality of victims after being ignored, Is it worth it? For a little bit of your time and courage? A couple of bucks a piece? Meanwhile everyone can have their money back when Scott propeties won't sell which is obviously good reason for probable cause and will lead to the search of the unit. Or let 1000 winners get $2,500.00 or however, whatever. And if they do sell, well, let one lucky winner have the property. That is what I mean by "Raffle". Whatever it takes.

I have another idea...You can become very successful overnight. How about anyone of you who are reading this, either hire a private investigator to call Jim Daune and offer him a substantial amount of cash to take you through unit 201 and prove it's clean or you yourself/selves call him and make an offer or visit the tenants in unit 201 and make them an offer they can't refuse. Just think of the possibilities, How successful you can be with such a story. I myself have been trying. I'll contribute to a group shot at it. If I'm wrong (I'm not) you can sew my pants off). You've got nothing to lose but a whole lot to gain.  Or don't offer them money, whatever... They won't let you in! they won't prove that they're not guilty, because they can't! They're guilty and the LAPD is just blowing this off and letting these sick criminals get away with murder. If you're reading this and blowing off as well, then the scumbags win.
 
 
ooh! I have another idea... How about the police just go in there and find out! :)















Before we go any further, This page must not be judged or percieved by any of my group sites or blogs about 11101 that were created before 2008. Back in 2004, soon after I had called police and then after my moving out of the building, I was lead to believe certain things that were untrue (like there being space beneath the building) so I wrote a few things that I regret. I'll explain all of that (how and why I was lead by the distusting "Alisha Klass", to believe more than just the cold hard facts) soon, after we get over this hump. I would delete those old group sites and blogs if I could but I've since forgotten a few passwords. Please do not let the truth be distorted by my past reports. This is so painful. Were so close to finally ending this. I'm holding on for dear life.
 

  This is taking way too long. How difficult is it to do something so easy? Jim Duane and those tenants need to simply invite someone in already. All the way in, of course. Which they won't. They can't. And that should tell you something. Or get a warrant based on what I have claimed to have witnessed. You have probable cause. How hard is any of this to do?  "Oh my good Lord, are some of you going to have some regrets to live with! I feel terrible saying that but it's the truth. You must lift your consciousness. Raise your spirits high. Think of the "Pledge of Allegiance". In 1954, in response to the Communist threat of the times, President Eisenhower encouraged Congress to add the words "under God." Well?  Does that mean anything to you? Please don't hold that one against me.  :)  I mean no disrespect. I'm not questioning your integrity. I'm just trying to make a simple point.
   
I have refrained from saying this for some time now and it's very painful for me to do but I feel I must : To all authority figures who have been aware of this and have been letting it go, with every moment that passes, you are indeed obstructing justice. For whatever reasons you overlook this whether it be because you think you know better or to avoid possible humiliation, you are in the wrong. Even though you believe I am crazy, it's just not worth the risk in the event that i'm right about what seems so impossible to you. Just Do It !   Swallow your pride and be a human being. I am not trying to be above the law. I am not "telling you what to do" or "giving you an order". Infact this is scary as hell for me. Please don't let me be in trouble for saying these things. As you know, There are people on the internet bad mouthing our President. Not that i'm bad mouthing anyone here and I am not going to use the cliche "exercising my freedom of speech" nor use any first amendment free-radical stereotypes. I for one do love President Obama and I admire the lapd. I am simply doing what is right. Let's just get this over with already. For the love of GOD. PLEASE!
 
 Snuff pornagraphers farm babies and eat human flesh. They sell and trade human organs. We can either ignore this reality until they succeed in giving us no choice but to face up to them and fight for our very lives (sort of like the fictional feature films that cost and make millions and you don't have to say it, bigshot, I know this aint the movies). Or we can be of truly good enlightened spirits and face it now and defeat evil. I feel as though some of you think I may be focused too much on evil by creating this website. I'm fighting fire with fire. These evil people think that hell is some kind of big fun orgy party. It's prison and your knowing about them that they fear. They've been taking their chances and getting away with murder. They must now be brought to justice and pay the consequences. Lets give them one last chance to save their souls. Love will conquer all.

 These "EVIL" criminals glorify the title "EVIL" so I can't even think of a word that best describes just how disturbed these creeps are.
 
Now I need add this. I've recently sent this information to some paranormal activity investigators. I need to let you know that I am aware that the unit is occupied by tenants who won't let you in. I have many audio files. Some which have very present living voices and some which are loaded with "EVP." I have tried to use these amazing audio files as evidence but was either told that they can't be used as evidence or I was accused of creating them myself. I swear on my life that they are all 100% real. I'm hoping that you might be able to pick up some activity from the outside in order to help accomplish what needs to be done.
