Below are recent letters and contracts that have been offered to Scott Properties and to the tenants at 11101, begining
with the latest on February 18, 2015.
Hello again, considering the realization that you are making it seemingly impossible for me to ever
accomplish clarity and a free mind with one short minute walk through of one small apartment unit, I have decided to make
another attempt and please know this is very real and very rational. I "Robert Lefferts" will donate one healthy kidney and one healthy lung to two waiting patients. That's
two lives saved (plus my own mind healed) for just thirty seconds of your time and space. This is very real and we will have
doctors and lawyers present for signing and agreements. You will be credited, honored and thanked dearly for saving lives.
And just so you take this seriously... upon your signing, I will agree to "first" donate a kidney before the walk through
(so you will know that I will go through with my end of the deal) then after the walk through, I will return to the hospital
to donate a lung. I have recently had all my blood work done and everything checks out normal. I am healthy and ready
to help others NOW. Please know this is not for financial gain or any kind of vanity. I do not want to be a hero. I only

for transplants and first-year expenses. The actual costs may
be higher or lower than the figures listed here: Kidney: $260,000 Lung: $550,000 That is close to 1 million dollars that two families combined are going to pay. That is enough to buy
the tenants out of #201 and into a luxury apt. for many years. I realize that there is no financial gain for Scott Properties
nor the tenants in my mentioning this. It's just to make a point. Why on Earth would anybody say "NO" to this or have any problem with such a simple request giving opportunity
to save lives? I will also agree to move back to the East coast, never to return to California, if you find it neccesary YOU CAN SEE THIS LETTER AND THE OTHER PRIOR LETTERS ON uspassion.tripod.com click on "New Attempts" oh and by the way... X-Building manager, the late "Jim Duane" promised me (six years ago) that when the tenants in #201 move out, and while the unit is vacant, he would take me through the entire unit. Well, now, the new manager "John Ford" tells me "Jim" is dead and there are new tenants in the unit. Now, recently, when I asked "John" to be so kind and take me (along with a witness) through the unit. His reply was "How do I know, after you see it, that you won't still think there's something in there"? What a jerk! That is so irrational. Seeing is believing and I will have a witness walk through with me to clarify that we both agree to what we see. John's reply is insane. Plus, Scott Properties has been aware of this website for about SIX YEARS and should have told you (supposed new tenants) about me and my dark past at your apartment building and should have let you know that i still continue to try to achieve peace of mind by resolving this ASAP. So in reality, you (new tenants) can now sue Scott properties to move you into a nicer apartment for not making you aware of this and of uspassion. Then they could agree to let me see the vacant unit and we can all save lives with my commitment to donating vital organs ... REALLY! |

These (sent seperately) letters are compressed to save paper Sent December 1st... To Whom It May Concern: My name is Jed, and I’m the assistant to Robert Lefferts. I’m writing you today per Mr. Lefferts
dictations on a matter within unit 201 at 11101 Palms Blvd. Mr Lefferts is experiencing nightmares and would very much like
to have a brief visit of the property so he may simply move on with his life. He is willing to offer you one thousand dollars,
cash on the spot, for a mere walk through. This offer is extended through December 5th. After the
fifth this amount is lessoned by $100 a day. On December 15th the financial offer will expire. At which point Mr. Lefferts

truly safe. Please understand that when this one issue is resolved, It will mean the end of one persons suffering, and, for
this good soul to then continue a peaceful normal life. We haven't heard back from them. Dear Tenats @ 11101 Palms Blvd. Apt. 201, Attached is a letter
that was sent to you on December 1st. 2014. Today is December 13th. so the offer of $1,000.00 has been brought down to $200.00.
We have taken into consideration that it is possible that the letter may have been lost or that you did not open it for some

He does not have a lot of money, but is willing to give you what he has just for your time. I’m asking on his behalf
to have the heart to help "cure" him. Once he has the opportunity to meet with you (even in police presence should you wish)
