 The reason that all car companies/manufacturers, these days, put those little emergency
pullie trunk release thingies inside of every trunk of every car, is, because "it" happens and "it's happening".
The small apartment building at 11101 Palms blvd. has a standard rooftop along the front
and two sides of the top four units.
There is plenty of room/space in there to keep what I was told is "impossible".
I have been avoiding telling this part of the story in fear that it could embarrass the
police officer who, upon one of my 911 calls, seven years ago, did indeed say "It's impossible for anyone
to be up there". No it's not impossible. Also, I have been afraid that the more I tell, the more the LAPD will
refrain from considering the possibilities, in order to avoid any possible future embarrassment by finding out that a
little dreadhead cooky artist could actually be right after so much commotion. Well, I realize that "That"(my
assumption) is probably more insulting to most officers and detectives than the few I feared would only make things
worse. Although, now, these days, by not going for it, they are justifying that assumption.

I have much more to say on this subject but it's so draining on you (the tolerant reader) and
on me to try and write that it's too much right now.
I have been very naive by living in fear just because a few cops insisted that they
would know if there was anyone or anything going on up there.
I'll bet that the next humble law officer who reads this will say "Damn right, we do NOT
know whether there is or isn't something up there"!

I am sure that most of you who have seen this website think that I am being totally unrealistic
in my expectations and in my efforts. I do understand completely. I would feel the same way had I not experienced what
I absolutely have. I am not trying to be any kind of hero or a saint.
I have to do this and it sucks.

We the people could bypass all arguements or wonders with a need to push for a search warrant based on my words. Here's
how. Numbers and figures. If enough good American people (regardless of religion, race, creed or age) will care enough to
spend a penny, a single dollar or maybe more (And indeed get that $ back the very next day because Scott Properties won't
sell). My Point: Okay again... If enough good American people will care enough to spend a single dollar to find out if there
really is evidence in this property that will lead to another property which has a basement loaded with real victims of torture
in the most horrific ways imaginable and hopefully save their lives and of coarse to the capture of a strong grip of hardcore
criminals, wouldn't it be worth it?
See this one property built in 1987 is only valued at the most 1.5 million dollars and the will not sell it for any amount of money. Why? Well we'll get there. for now it's step by step and this information needs to be made public for all poeple to understand and take action. This needs to be sent live on CNN or FOX or whoever will cover the motion. If 10 million viewers were to be willing to spend 1 dollar... that's
10 million dollars to make an offer to this property owner and they won't sell. Wouldn't that raise an eye-brow? Even 20 million,
50 million or more. My God , Who on Earth would turn that kind of cash down? The tenants of unit 201 would not move out and
let us (the people) take it over. Not even if we offered them millions to own a beautiful condo on the beach or a big house
in the country. I know this all sounds crazy but it is a valid way to make a strong point clear and real. And we don't need
to stress for a warrant based on my words which are very difficult for me to get blurt out of my mouth on my own. This is
why it has been so difficult for me to get anything accomplished in the last nine years of my suffering. It's humiliating

Absolutely not an LAPD issue. No offence to California's law officers but I think it would be to America's best interest that

as opposed to this free tripod site (thank you TRIPOD) , Where then I can just become an active member of U.S. PASSION and
make donations. I don't know how to run something like this and I would like to focus on making music and starting a family.
